Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day

📍 Delivery Time

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days
• Other Cities: 3–6 working days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

💰 Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges: Rs. 300 to 400
• Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount (e.g., Rs. 3,000)

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

• Please ensure your phone number is active for confirmation
• Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
• Orders not confirmed may be canceled

📦 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp
• You can track your parcel through the courier company website

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service issues
• Weather or unexpected situations
• Incorrect address or phone number

❌ Failed Delivery / Return

• If the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the parcel, the order may be canceled
• For re-delivery, extra shipping charges may apply

📦 Damaged Parcel

• If your parcel is damaged, please record a video while opening
• Claims without proof may not be accepted
• Contact us within 24–48 hours
